Bukkit [1.12.2-1.16.5]BlockRange - 限制玩家允许所在的区域 1.2

新增区域离开时执行自定义指令，在创建完区域之后，需要您手动前往配置文件中，按照如下格式在对应的区域配置后面加上commands，如下所示。

JDK1.8 现可正常加载本插件
